About Me

J Rogers & Sons is the leading shoe repairers in and around London; we continue to offer the old craft business on which the company was formed and handed down in the early 1970's, after three generations of shoe repairers. Not only do we offer traditional shoe repairs, but an extensive key cutting service. We also provide watch battery replacement, new straps fitted, glass repairs and general watch servicing and movements. Other services include dry cleaning, engraving and supplying a comprehensive selection of trophies, tankards, hip-flasks and gifts.

This gent is a master a shoe repair. I have given him my very expensive shoes that were damaged beyond repair , that's what i thought until he brought them back to life and shined them to a mirror shine. My Partner had some Dolce Gabbana boots and the soles were ruined. Other cobblers would not touch it. This gent took them and made them brand new. Not a bad word to say, He is a gent and knows his trade. And if people are rude then your in East London, its part of the charm, get used to it. Well done Mr J Rogers. You are a true professional and Gent. As far as clothing repair, read the front of the shop large letters ........

Honest guy and quick repair. Took my shoe for heel-replacement and he sent me back saying that the heel is not too worn out so it is not in desperate need of repair. He sent me back when he could have made some quick money off me. I returned after a couple of months and he replaced the heels in about 5 minutes while I waited on a stool playing on my mobile phone. Prices are reasonable - and lower than Timpson.

This guy does exactly as it says on the tin. Cuts keys like zorro. Repairs shoes better than gipetto out of Pinocchio. Lovely bloke as well. Would give 6 stars but tends to go on a bit sometimes.
